Oh, and this is a fresh install of 10 with all brand new updated drivers. It blacked out my main monitor and would not go away until I unplugged it and manually shut AvP down through Task Killer. Alt+Tab doesnt work, CTRL+ALT+DEL did not work, Alt + F4 didnt work. I freeze up with a black screen, and the only way to stop it is to unplug the monitor it is plugged into.
